ChexSystems has n't contacted the Bank nor investigated this matter as they argued on dispute -. On their resolution they said " disputed information has been verified to be accurate '' If you see the dates of this complaint and the attached - - letters dated -/-/- and -/-/-, confirming the account was settled in full in -/-/- and stating that - - requested ChexSystems to update the account accordingly both entities are in non compliance of the FCRA. The issues in dispute are the account terms, status, the obligation to provide accurate information, the obligation to update it on timely manner.
