I recently, just checked All my credit cards and checked all through them since -, I had not been able to do so over the past couple years due to mental illness and being hospitalized several times, I had automatic payments set for the set amount to be taken from my account every month, I noticed the card from - has net been used but once in - for an - care bear, and 4 times last year for - cd,- cartoon dvd 's and a doll, and thats it for 2 years, then I check back till -, I see - flat screen tv 's and cancelled by them and what I really noticed is the money owed on the card has been - for 3 years? I make a call to - - at Walmart.com Customer service, he see 's the transaction and cancelled but the charges remained on my card and a doll set that shipped and was never delivered, and say, wow, this is a lot of money being charged and it clearly shows they were not cancelled, walmart never send me a statement with purchases nor returns, the card is cancelled and escalated to investigations, the weird thing is, early that same day, I recieved a New card, and that prompt my call as well, it has a new number, so I call walmart.com again, this time its - id # - she tells me there are no previous charges on my since as of - - had printed out the cancelled charges of the tv 's, and walmart has removed all information and closed the account I called about, sent me a new card with the charges on it!
