Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Georgia

last - i pulled my equifax credit. since then i have purchased nothing and not been late on anything. today i was denied credit because of equifax. today they are not providing my credit report and are insisting that i MAIL in photocopies of my SSCard and Utility Bills. I am in the system, something is going on with my credit and i am being treated unfairly. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.
