I had a credit card with - - - in 2009 who sold the debt to Calvary Portfolio Services LlC .When I told them I could n't pay because my husband had an -, they would not work with me. They tacked on over - dollars. In late charges and took me to court and filed a law suit, they have since put a lean on my House for a larger balance than what is owed. They will not send me a statement to prove There is a descrepency in what they are suing me for and the real dollar amount
