I was a few days late on a payment and the branch manager contacted my mother to discuss my account. I am - years old and my mother does n't need to be involved in this. My mom was told they could n't reach me and " my account very delinquent ''. I work nights and sleep during the day when they call. My account was not very delinquent but only by a few days.
