Mortgage company is not sending out my statements following a chapter -. Company insists statements were sent out since -. Spoke with - in Bankruptcy Dept. who was extremely rude. Unable to make payments on-line and they are charging me $15.00 to pay over phone. Been paying over the phone ever since last year and was never charged a fee. - tells me she has no way of seeing if I 've been charged a fee and can only see what I 've paid. If you can see what I 've paid then you can tell if I 've paid a fee. She had no desire to do her job. I have not been receiving my statements and continue to incur late fees as a result.. Contacted them and they say statements are being sent out. The worst mortgage company to deal with. Automated system does not work properly. Employees are rude. Can not get away from this company
