Lobel Financial Corporation Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Texas
I traded my Ford Focus in a dealership in - tx called - for - $ credit tears my new car loan. That car loan was supposed to be for a jeep commander 4x4 sport year -. I asked were is the 4x4 switch on the car. I was informed by - that it was automatic. Come to find out 4 months later even though it had the 4x4 symbol on the back and the contract said it was a 4x4 sport it was not at all it was just a basic jeep commander. When I contacted the finance company they blamed the dealership but acknowledged it was a invalid contract and I asked them if I surrendered it would I owe anything they said no. By the contract saying it was a 4x4 sport it made it cost - more. I looked at my credit 2 days ag and they said on my credit I owe the finance company - dollars. If this is an invalid contract and it says something completely different than I bought I do n't feel I should lose the money I traded my car in do the four payments I made and also owe - $ to the finance company.
