This company continued to attempt to collect on a move out fee that was paid prior to being submitted into collections. After sending proof that the debt was not owed they still attempted to collect and refused to remove the collection from my credit. This caused an issue due to me attempting to put through a house loan at the time. According to their online reviews this is not the first time they have attempted to wrongfully collect a debt.
