LETTER WRITTEN TO AARGON AGENCY INC., I was previously placed in your office by - -. I had set up a payment plan -/-/-, for bi-weekly payments. I called on -/-/- at - - PST to have the payment for this date not withdrawn. The representative assured me that this would not be withdrawn. On -/-/-, the payment was withdrawn. I then called again and spoke with -, to have this refunded as well as all my payments. I never received a call so I assumed my refund was in place. I advised - that this was an FDCPA violation if fraud on my account. Firstly, the representative lied to me ; secondly your company fraudulently withdrew the money still. Lastly, on -/-/- I decided to see if the refund had been initiated. When I check my account an additional payment was withdrawn of $50.00. I spoke to - again, and have been awaiting her phone call. These practices are unprofessional and I will be taking further action legally. One three different occasions FDCPA violations have taken place. I look forward to having your council contact me directly.
