On - -, 2016 - - from Wells Fargo Branch : - - - -. -, CA, - : -. - singlehandedly placed a hold on my account for an unnamed and illegitimate reason and withheld pertinent information regarding the hold on my account. SHe said I needed to call my Wells Fargo credit card company to get the hold uplifted and she said she had no power or control over the matter. I spoke with - WF reps who all said - was the point of contact I needed to speak with in order to get the unjust hold lifted. She is refusing to cooperate and is intentionally telling me incorrect information regarding my bank account. She has frozen my funds and I am unable to use my money in my bank accounts. This is illegal.
