I had automatic payments set up from my checking account for my car leasing with Toyota financial Institution. I changed my car on - -, - payments were pending ( - - and - - ) but as part of the agreement, my old car was paid off. Despite this agreement, and verbal notification with Toyota financial Services - weeks ago, they withdrew $300.00 from my account yesterday. I want my money back. This financial institution should be punished.
