Toyota Financial Services representatives ( more than - reps ) and also in writing ( several ) stated to the driver at fault 's insurance company, -, a payoff amount that was incorrect. The amount was incorrect by $500.00. Toyota Financial Services representative, - -, promised on -/-/16 to issue the $500.00 to my husband and I. - - does not return calls and when I can actually speak with him, he promises to call back to let me know the status and as of today I have still not received the $500.00. He has not returned my recent calls and I believe he has pocketed this money for himself.
