Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Wisconsin

There was incident between my boyfriend and I. But now the collections company is coming to me because some - ( his friend ) made a fraud insurance claim with my name. I am not involved with this incident. I went to court for it already and those charges were dismissed, therefor I am innocent of them. The collections company keeps harassing me even after I faxed them the proof of the charges being dismissed and told them I have a lawyer. I do not need this showing up on my credit.
