There are several issues which i have documented. Firstly, the amount I was charged was incorrect. Second I tried to pay numerous times over the phone and could not. I was hung up on and the line was disconnected. Since then the rates and terms have changed monthly. I was offered a better rate and took it and was charged MORE. It took 6 months for anyone to respond or get back to me. I have had to file - - complaints in order to get a response. I was given credit for fees and then they were rescinded. I was told they have been applying my payments incorrectly and added MORE to my account. I have had it for two years and made my payments regularly ( when they would answer the phone or accept them. They wouldnt take mail checks ). I recently tried to call to pay again last month and was told that my account was being researched and she couldnt accept payment. Every month I receive an email statement and mail paper statement. They never match and the money amount owed is always different.I recenely recieved an email stating i owed more because they had made a mistake, it makes no sense. No one fixes things and the terms are not what I agreed to nor am I being contacted when they change. They are just adding illegal fees for their mistakes and lying when i call to ignore. I called the back who believes they are committing fraud and stopped them from taking monies from my account.
