Someone opened an account with a cable service at an address that I have never lived. I have contacted the collection agency that is on my credit report numerous times and informed them of this. /i have even offered to pay it just to get it off of my credit report. They have responded with a bogus letter, representatives were very rude, and is giving me a very rough time with this account. I have submitted a dispute with the credit bureaus and they keep verifying it but they have no contract or anything to supply me with to see who opened this account. Im not sure what else to do.
