I took a loan from speedy cash which i paid in full. and retook another one. on -/-/15 they sent and e-mail saying there was a mistake in the - loans but did n't clarify what it was. i kept e-mailing asking for account status and never received it in an e-mail. they charged my account without my authorization ( i contacted the bank and they reversed it ) they never sent me an account balance, instead they sent it to collection with the wrong amount and they wo n't fix it on my credit report.
