As you will see on the attached documentation, I have requested on 3 occasions the documentation to verify the accuracy of the debt that they are requesting me to pay for. The services were cancelled as of -/-/16. However, the statement received has billing showing -/-/2016.-/-/2016. It does not state anything but a prior balance and a statement balance. Requesting to verify a debt means that the debt must be verified with accurate backup details, providing statements is not providing satisfactory documentation. I have escalated this issue to the parent organization, as well as the attorney generals office due to the neglectful actions and response received from the CBE Group thus far.
