Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score North Carolina

Issue Unable to get my credit report or credit score : Problem getting my report or credit score Describe what happened so we can understand the issue ... When I went to the Free Annual Credit Report website and provided my information " TWICE '' it got to the downloading report message and just stayed there. Nothing was ever down loaded or shown on the screen. I attempted to contact the company but they have noting but a phone look and no way to talk to anyone to resolve the problem. I am afraid my information is out in cyber space somewhere for others to see and I am afraid my credit score has been negatively affected by trying to access my report twice. I believe there is some false information on my report and that is why I was trying to access it along with we are looking to buy a home and wanted the information for that purpose. A phone number is needed for customer service so people can contact and speak with a human to resolve a problem. I even tried obtaining a phone number from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to get a phone number for customer service from the Free annual credit report and they did n't have any other than what I had.
