Equifax Credit Reporting Complaint

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Florida

I applied for a mortgage loan with - and - -. I have been rejected by both companies because they state Equifax has a credit freeze in my credit report. I called Equifax to find out why just to be given the run around. I have faxed my Drivers License and Social Security card to them twice. The 2nd time, I was sure to get a confirmation so they could n't tell me again they did n't receive it but that is exactly what happened today. They are refusing to give me any information as to why they have a freeze on my account and upon me stating I never asked for this freeze, they still will not release it. I have offered to email my drivers license and social security card to them since they lose every fax I send them but they will not allow me to do this. Today I asked to speak to a supervisor but the girl I spoke to denied transferring me to a supervisor even after I held on the phone for - minutes. She said her supervisor would n't allow it
