I was in an - in - Hospital in - for a -. After Dr. checked it out He just told me that I should not worry with getting rest should go away. When I went to accounting I was told that I could either pay $370.00 or provide insurance, since I was unemployed at the time I was covered by Obama care and filled out the forms and filed with them. I got a call last summer from Medical Revenue Service in regards to my bill. I had explained to them the issue and had not been heard until -/-/- that received debt verification notice. I gave the notice to my attorney - - and He sent a letter denying the debt and requested some documentation related to my case. I had not heard from the agency again until -/-/-, the lady named - called me and informed me that could not get in touch with my attorney He would not return calls either. I informed her about his letter but She denied that they had received it, I demanded her e mail address so I could e mail her the letter but She declined to provide it to


when I mentioned her about - debt verification notice which I got in -/-/-, She could not answer me how could that happened, reporting to my credit bureaus first, denying my attorney 's letter, and sending - more verification. I now can not get any credit, they have coursed me great amount of - and financial lost. I had applied to refinance my car which would save me approx. $1500.00 a year on interest, and since I am in -, buying on credit and selling, now I can not apply for credits. I asked - to remove the collection from my reporting bureaus and I will not file for damages, She said that was going to talk to a manager as yet they have not done it yet.
