I have made my payments of $670.00 on time or ahead of time, example on - - 2016 my payment due for - - was paid, Principal and Interest was paid. So I tried to be proactive so on - - I made my payment due for - - again Principal and Interest was paid. Now according to the receipt my next payment was due -. This is where I have asked this Company to explain what happened with this payment. On - I made my payment due - ahead of time. When Sat down to review my payment tracking I noticed that my entire payment of $670.00 was placed in Interest only and nothing to principal. I spoke with the manager and she gave me two versions as to what might have happened, one reason was a computer glitch and the other one was that they had paid to much to principal when the interest should have been more in the month of - -.
a set amount of $670.00 and I am paying ahead of time I do n't believe I should have any uncollected Interest or a whole payment going towards interest. I do n't know, that is why I asked them to give me an answer. Because it seems like If I 'm only paying interest ahead of principal I will never pay this loan off. Now on - - my payment due for - - was paid ahead of time and just like my other payment ( except - ) principal and interest was paid. I do n't think I 'm asking for too much to know where my money is going. I have been waiting a month to hear from the home office and longer from the District manager. Never missed a payment, never late has the making of a responsible customer and this is has I get treated. To me when you avoid talking to me that 's a sign that something is not right. I have my receipts as evidence to help figure this out, like I said I 'm not a financial wizard, I may be wrong but I would feel better if I got a better explanation than the two that I got from the store manager. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
