This morning before work I tried to get gas from the gas station using my Wells Fargo check card. I kept getting an error message, so I decided to go inside and see the cashier. She tried my card same thing happened staying error. I thought maybe it 's ' their ATM machine so I was go to a bank and and get money from the ATM, this process was making me late for work at the hospital but I needed gas to get to work. The ATM said invalid card after trying again several times. At this point I figured I need to call Wells Fargo to find out whats going on and they told me they closed my account. I was shocked and asked why and why I was n't notified they said they sent a letter but did not have to call me. I was so confused and today is payday so I had a direct deposit hit my account from payroll last night. I do not keep cash on me so I have no way of putting gas in my car to get to work. They told me they closed my accounts because someone used my


never have heard of this company. After being transferred from dept to dept and finally getting the Executive office the ending result was All my accounts have been closed including my son 's account who is away at college since our accounts are connected and the only thing I can do is wait for the branch to open to take out all my money. To say I was disappointed and hurt by Wells Fargo lack of communication with their customers after something fraudulent is occurring on their account is an understatement. I believe maybe my account was hacked since it was a mobile transfer into my saving by a possible cell phone virus. I 'd be curious to know if they can track the cell phone number. Wells Fargo did not seem to want to assist me in anyway to investigate this matter they just wanted my accounts closed. My plan was to apply for a home loan with Wells Fargo along with my husband at the end of this year since we 've bank with them so long. I just do not understand how someone could do this to a consumer and the bank does not try to help them or notify them as soon as it happens. This is very disconcerting as someone who trust the bank to monitor their finances. Seems like they did n't believe me and was very cold about the situation asking how would someone get my log in information if I did n't give it to them? The same way criminal break laws and take advantage of companies all the time when the consumer is the victim. This is not just, and is really unfortunate.
