I called my current bank to ask for a refinance on my current car loan. I am currently at a 6.9 % with 54 payments to go. I have improved my credit greatly since I took out this loan. They approved my loan and then offered me a rate higher than what I have at the same number of payments left. I did not know a bank can try and put you into a loan that created no benefit and raises my payment and term.
