Non-federal student loan Getting a loan Can't qualify for a loan Georgia

Thank you for taking the time to read this issue. On my credit reports ( - - - - has Charged Off/Transfer my account to a collection company - - -. I filed Bankruptcy in - -. In -/-/- my loans were in Forbearance, due to Unemployment. My other - loans were all in Forbearance during this time. I am not sure how - - could charge off and put my loan in a collection agency while loans were in Forbearance. I have called - and was directed to contact - ; I contacted - and was then directed to contact Georgia -. Any assistance that CFB can provide will be greatly appreciated.
