Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Maryland

I have not received the written investigation results of any disputes with Equifax. The credit bureau has denied me access to credit monitoring. I am not able to access any of the online results from investigations that have been completed. I have been denied credit within the last 90 days, therefore, I need an updated credit report to determine why this happened. - denied my credit card application based on Equifax report and I need to know why.
