The agent who called, identified herself as a collections agent from Portfolio Recovery, and proceeded to release information about a debt I allegedly still owe, to a person who clearly identified themselves as not me. This is a violation of FDCPA, and CFPB. They are also trying to collect on a debt that is more that 10 years old.
