I recieved a preapproved application in the mail about a loan for - from Big Picture Loans company.i applied and was approved for the loan without much effort ... In the final documents and truth in lending info, there is a section telling you how much you will pay in a payoff balance which was a reasonable - dollars and is what i was led to believe would be the final amount i would pay along with original loan amount of - dollars by the time the loan was paid in full ... But as of today after reviewing my documents, i found out that you have to scroll all the way down the " truth in lending '' section, which should be called the " truth in hiding '' section since i had no idea this info was down here or i would have rejected this loan immediately, and i find that these people actually expect me to pay almost - for an - dollar loan at 887.877 % interest..thats not even legal ... That is simply not going to happen and these crooks should be stopped for their predatory lending practices ... Unfortunately, i now have to go to my bank and describe the problem to them and avoid this obscene situation alltogether ...
