This is in reference to the Company by the name of Big Picture Loans. This company approved me for a loan in the amount of $800.00. When I spoke with - of the representatives from the company she stated that it would be a one time payment of - for the finance fee. Then I would be able to pay the additional $800.00 off in monthly payments. She told me that they would automatically take the money out of my account unless I would call and specify otherwise. Well as it was getting close to the first finance fee payment I made sure all of the money was in the bank for the first $280.00 to be deducted. Then out of curiosity to see when the next payment would be or the amount they would be asking for to pay off the amount that I borrowed was the $800.00. I realized that they did not send the lending disclosure until after the loan had been processed. The documents were not what was not the same as which was verbally contracted. These people had set me up to pay them $6000.00 on the loan that was $800.00. I would have never


are basically stealing. They have access to my bank information and are trying to ruin my bank account pulling money that is not owed to them at a constant for $6000.00 for $800.00. This is not right I then looked for complaints from other customers and come to find out that they were once called - and that they had switched their names. And other people had the same incident as me. This is how I found out about Consumer Finance because of other people that this happened to. If someone could please help me to rectify this matter I would be greatly appreciated because these people are fraudulently attempting to steal something from me that I do not have or owe. Needless to say they are attempting to ruin my bank account that I have had for several years. Thank you for taking the time to listen.
