Big picture loans did not provide the loan due to an error of the account number for my bank on loan contract. I called them and found out there was an error and told them through both phone calls to their - number and emails ( which they never responded ) i wanted to cancel the loan agreement. They went ahead and somehow deposited $500.00 into my account. I called customer service 10 times trying to find out how and why they did this after i cancelled. They stated they would debit my account the $500.00 and cancel contract. This has not happened and when calling them they said they have the wrong account number and i gave them the correct one and they said they had to escalate the issue. I want to make sure they are not trying to force me to a contract or default status with their demand pay verbiage for full fees due. Need help resolving.
