On -/-/2016 I went in to pay auto loan payment. I pay $470.00 each month I pay - because I wanted to catch up on 1 late payment and pay a payment coming due on -/-/2016. I informed teller that this money is to cover 2 payment. I got a call from bank telling me I had not paid payet for -/-/2016. I informed worker - that made payment on -/-/2016. She tells me I was behind 2 payments so payments went to -/-/2016 and -/-/2016. I requested payment query, because I knew I was only behind one payment. I also went branch for print out, but they told me it could be printed out. On -/-/2016 I finally received print out via US mail. Print our confirms my thoughts of bank applying my payments incorrectly, and that I was only behind 1 payment as I thought. I called customer service, they told me I had to go I bto branch. Bank has lied, told me they could n't fx, and have given me the run around. The transaction they performed keeps me behind and I can be charged $47.00 each month. I finally was able to pay 2 months so I would not charged $47.00 late fees each month.
