I had trouble signing up for Equifax membership product. I finally signed up - -, 2016. After 2 weeks I was scheduled to update my score and report. I continued to get an error " Contact the department at : ''. I contacted the membership department several times and even spoke a supervisor. I was told by each agent that there is some inaccuracies om my report and I need to speak to the dispute department. Not to mention I have also contacted Equifax located in Georgia, in which they also submitted a - ticket to have this fix. In between these times I have contacted the dispute department and spoke to - supervisors.! supervisor confirmed with me too, that there were multiple social security numbers and names associated with my information, and requested I send in proof of my identity. I sent copies of my ssn, ID, Tax forms and proof of address. I have confirmed that they have received my proof. Each time I have received a different response and no on has fixed my issue. Furthermore the dispute dept including the supervisors, have disconnected on me several times ( at least 5 times is an understatement ).


for Equifax , you will see multiple inquiries for them. This delayed my internet from being connected, in which I just spent over - dollars to start college courses online. The second supervisor claimed it was an address, and she updated it. The other department I have spoke to was the online support department, who has confirmed that I also need to speak to the dispute department, after that - supervisor transferred me again. I attempted to call Equifax again today ( -, Ga - - and I was told the same thing,,, " there was nothing wrong with my report, and I need to have the creditor run a new application. Also they need to make sure they are pulling the correct report. '' I have told each creditor this and if it was that simple ; Why is Equifax , not able to pull an updated credit score or report? I informed the supervisor that I have told th creditors that already. She hung up on me and the agent, ( as usual ) asked for a callback number, in case we were disconnected. But did not call back. My 1st ticket was supposed to be finished - - or -.
