I have - credit card charges with American Express ( they are the same charges so it is impossible to differentiate what amount of the charges was for our purchase of their ( the merchant 's ) timeshare and what amount was for fees to enable the merchant to complete the purchase of our - timeshare ) related to - the purchase of a timeshare from a merchant and fees paid to the same merchant for the merchant to purchase our - timeshare. I am not sending this complaint regarding a dispute but rather AME- 's responsibility for the charges. If AME- will not either reverse the charges or absorb the charges we ask that the interest charges be held in abeyance for a period of 2 years from the final dispute resolution date ( this was last week ) as it was agreed by AME- ( and why we obtained the - cash card ) that the vendor would reverse the charges and then recharge to the simply cash card. This was to allow us time to receive payment from - Collection for our - - so we could pay the entire balance off. Thus providing this time with no interest charges to either fully address this, obtain other resolution, or reasonable time to pay the card off for charges that should not be on our card. Is AME- willing to do this? I expect answers to be provided through this system and not via separate mail.
