Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Texas

I was pre- approved by my lender / - for a texas - land board home loan, and now when we are in our option period of purchasing our first home, our lender said he can not proceed with the load due to not having a credit score. -?!?! I have excellent credit, in the high - 's, and its been like that for a long time ; seems someone has screwed us over so we cant purchase a home. I just want my score back, plain and simple. These idiots always had a score for me, now when I need it I dont have -?!?!?!??? Something is very fishy about this, like someone is watching us and creating this problem. My wife who has only 2 yrs work experience in the usa from the - has a score, yet I have more credit than her and where - is my score?!?!?! This is my first time to complain about a credit reporting agency like this, except when my identity was stolen. I work in -, pay bills on time, even have some auto pays with a credit card and bank acct. From what I did find out, I am in good standing, which is good news, however they are not giving me a score which we need to get a loan. Anyone who can help us out would be appreciated, and put a stop to these - - with people. I did put a fraud alert on my acct., since I dont know whats going on. I also noticed on my report a mistake that I payed $230.00, I usually pay upwards of $1000.00 or more via a phone system with -, and I do keep records of that, however I am not usually reading my credit report.
