Wells Fargo & Company Credit Card Complaint

Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,

Billing disputes North Carolina

Wells Fargo, a big bank on which one could place the designation " too big to fail '', is actively engaging in fraud, and getting away with it. Since -/-/-, they have claimed not to have received one of my monthly payments, and since have placed fraudulent charges and late fees on my card, month after month, though I have always made my payments on time. I have provided them with a - page documentation of my payments, and made clear what is incorrect. However, they have done nothing except continue to engage in fraudulent activity with my account, and call asking why I have n't paid for it. It is destroying my credit, and putting me into a hole from which I will have to recover straight out of college. It is not fair to young people ( or anyone else, for that matter ) to be deceived by the banks that are " too big to fail '', and have their futures tarnished by a mistake which was not their fault.
