First National Bank of Omaha Credit card department,
I have a credit card with FNB Omaha, I 'm unable use a service with the card because I 'm using the card. Makes no sense to me. I have n't been late on any payments, I made a cash advance and - transfer. Since that time my account has still been paid on but I 'm being told I ca n't do another balance transfer because I 've used the card more than they think I should have. I 've had the card for nine months. Got - credit limit increases. I would like to be able to use my offer to transfer a balance. I have - pending offers to do so.
