On - -, 2016 I received a letter from American Credit Acceptance stating they will not remove my dispute in regards to a hard inquire I disputes. In that dispute I requested American Credit Acceptance to provide me the documents they obtained that gave authorization for them to run my credit so I can verify its validity. American Credit Acceptance refuses to comply with my request. The name on the letter from American Credit Acceptance is - -. American Credit Acceptance is knowingly and willingly violating the FCRA. By them not providing me the documents it suggest they do n't have any therefore these inquireies have to be removed from my credit report immediately. If American Credit Acceptance continues to use delay tactics and knowingly and willingly not comply I will seek legal council and action. There dereliction of duty has resulted in a negative impact on my Credit Worthiness and credit score causing great distress..
