In 2006 my identity was stolen when my vehicle was broken into and wallet was stolen with my social security card, drivers license and bank cards. My identity was used without my knowledge to purchase a vehicle through a company call Nicholas Financial Inc / Investment Retrievers. I contacted this company on several occasions to have this issue resolved. I was ask by the police department to have this company release all documentation so that they can do a full investigation but was told that they cant provide anything without a summon and the police are saying they cant move forward without the documentation. This is affecting my credit.
