They do not allow for early payments. For example, my payment is due on -/-/2016. I wanted to make my payment today, -/-/2016. They will not allow it. You can only delay payments, you can not advance them. While you are allowed to make additional payments or pay off early without penalties, you can not make advanced or early payments. This establishes a minimum interest charge that can not be reduced in order to pay off early. They advertise " no prepayment penalty '', however you are actually not allowed to advance your payments in order to prepay early. It seems unfair and deceptive.
