Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I was a memeber of -. I used my - credit card to pay my share of the monthly membership dues, $100.00. There is another woman on my membership who pays the same amount, as we split the cost and membership. My membership was suspended on - 2015 because I did not pay for a part for a boat i was using and they said I damaged it. I called - - on - -, 2015 and told them I was disputing the - and - charges - and do NOT allow them to charge my credit card any more! I then called - and left a message stating I disputed the charges and to stop charging my credit card! - - allowed them to keep charging my credit card til -! I have been going back and forth with - - to get my money back. It 's always a different story with them. They told me '' when you called it was after hours so you talked to customer service not the dispute center. So someone dropped the ball there! I have all my documentation, voice messages from the owner -, still I have not gotten a full reimbursement almost a year later!
