I borrowed a total of - on a - loan. only - % of my payments are going towards my payoff-the remaining monies are being applied to Fees and interest. WIth what I have already paid, plus the - ( payoff balance ), my total payoff will be approximately -. However, If I do not pay the payoff and just keep making the bi-weekly payments, It will take me at least two years ( and several thousands of dollars ) to be anywhere close to paying this off. After looking over my statements and seeing how there was no dent being made in my balance, I started doing some research and found out that many of these companies are not licensed to provide loans in some states. After calling the DLLR for the state of Maryland today, i was told that Moneykey is one of those said companies that should not be providing loans in this state.
