They did not process my payment when they said they would and charged me $140.00 in extra interest, admitted to me on - separate phone calls it was there systems fault then today determined I had to pay the interest anyway despite a screen shot showing the payment conformation of -/-/-. They keep giving the run around and are auto deducting the money from the account.
