I entered into a long term repayment agreement with Avant on -/-/- and I made regular payments according to the schedule. Avant scheduled a payment for -/-/- instead of -/-/- ( the actual date I made the payment ) and then deactivated the payment plan. I tried since -/-/- to get them to reinstate the payment plan but instead on -/-/- they offered me a settlement for $2500.00. I accepted the settlement so that I could be through with Avant but they then reported that I missed a payment for - - and - - when that was not the case. They are also reporting that the account was charged off when it was settled.
