My complaint is against Toyota Financial Services. We returned a leased vehicle and got another - except it was under my name. The returned leased vehicle was under my wife 's name. Toyota financial sent us a bill for $350.00 which was the disposition ( return ) fee. However the return fee was waived since we got another toyota vehicle. Per Toyota Financial request, I faxed them a signed letter ( 3 times ) with the the old and new account numbers by both myself and and wife, I also spoke with numrous accoutn representatives at Toyota Financial. I spent a lot of my valuable time to resolve this issue. Yet, we still get payment demand letters from them and the last letter was from a collection agent. I called back and the representaive did not know how to handle the situation. Please help. Thank you
