Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Louisiana

Being in between jobs, I fell behind on my bills including this installment loan. I found a job 30min from my town and with luck, it 's right next to the company that I have an installment loan with. I finally received a check where I was able to catch up on paying money towards getting current on -/-/16. That very same day, my boss took me to the back to speak with me, she told me, and I quote, " I do n't mean to get in your personal business but you really need to pay World Finance or they 're going to start garnishing your wages. '' I was surprise that they would talk to my boss about my account because I have been keeping communication about my account to the girls that work there at World Finance. My boss told me that they branch manager informed her about my account. I explained to my boss that I planned on taking care of that today due to receiving a bonus and raise. I walked next door, spoke with the branch manager, who is responsible for my Branch manager having detailed knowledge about my personal business account. She then denied any accusations and blamed it on the Branch Manager, in office of where I live. I proceeded to make a payment and told her that I feel betrayed at the fact that I was keeping communication with her and that she went to my boss about this instead of me.
