First National Bank of Omaha Credit card department,

My credit card experienced unauthorized charges. The credit card company, First National Bank of Omaha, did reverse all the charges, however after concluding their investigation and that I was not responsible they closed my credit card account. I request respectfully that they reconsider and re-open my credit card. The fraudulent activity in this matter appears to trace to an address in a crime stricken area of - - where I do not live and have never lived, about - miles away from me, and a proper investigation by - has proven that I have nothing to do with that address as well. Why is it that insult has been added to injury and my credit card closed when I have done nothing wrong?
