Seneca Mortgage LLC has mismanaged escrow funds for my mortgage from what I 've been able to gather Senca made double payments to my property insurer on file as part of maintaining my Escrow. They then sent me a vague letter informing me I was to receive a check from my insurance company which I was to cash then send on to Seneca. I never received a check from my insurer so I assumed Seneca resolved their own problem until I discovered they are now attempting to charge late fee 's because the Escrow account is now in arrears.
