Payday loan Can't contact lender Can't contact lender Ohio

Hello, This is a bit different. I keep receiving calls from - - - on multiple occasions in regards to a payday loan that I received and paid off in - 2011 from - - - which CashNet USA is apart of. They are stating that the original loan was done on -/-/2011, in which according to CashNet USA 's site is -/-/2011, which was paid off on -/-/2011. It is strange on how the loan was paid off more than 4 years ago and where they sent the information was to an address that I have n't resided in almost 8 years, so I was never notified. I contacted the original creditor with is CashNet USA and was advised that the loan was paid off and it is a possible scam. I advised of the company, but they are unable to keep up with the companies that are performing the scams. - - - is trying to resolve a debt for $430.00 and have been hanging up on me and not allowing me to dispute the claim, which I can process bank statements that the loan was paid in full. So I am not sure what else to do at this point. They provided me with a claim number of - and spoke with - and a few other associates. The phone numbers associated are - and -. Any assistance in regards to the matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
