Toyota Motor Credit Corporation Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle lease Taking out the loan or lease Texas
I have been a toyaota customer since -, recently I renewed my lease for a newer model as is my option. I recently discovered, that my credit report has - hard inquiries on the same vehicle. Why would Toyota need to have - inquiries that appear on all bureaus, I was approved and signed the papers on - the date of the initial inquiry? I was not advised that an additional credit inquiry was being made. I authorized -. TOYOTA MOTOR Inquiry - -, - TOYOTA OF - Inquiry - -, - I have requested a correction and have not received a reply or response. In addtion I am the Co-Signer on a vehicle and I am not botified of any issue with the payment but my credit was noted 30 days late. I am of the impression that due diligence requires that I am to be notified so I can resolve prior to affecting my credit. This vehicle was a issue and a complaint was never responded to, the initial payment was said to be -, after a reveiw additional service was added when this was discovered before the first payment they revised the contract and the new payment was -. I have reuested a copy of the initial contract since this chanrge was not disclosed. Causing a lower model to be purchased to fit budget, when it was not a valid accurate amount. These - transactions lowered my credit score - points..
