Improper use of my credit report Received marketing offer after opted out Georgia

Hello, I purchased a automobile in - 2015. I instructed the dealer to ONLY run - report ... Later, - or more showed hard inquiries showed up on my - credit reports. I called each company and asked them to remove ... No Luck ... On - -, i called - and they convinced me to sign up with them and i told them i would, but i did not wanted a soft or hard report ran on my current loan. I told them i just wanted to compare rates, nothing else .... Later that day, i began receiving Multiple email offers and phone calls ... I contacted - - and complained. The emails and phone calls continued for 2 days ... i am now getting mail from a few of the companies that were calling. i checked my credit report later that week and discovered - new injuries ... i called Leading tree and all of the companies that did the hard injuries and asked them to remove these inquires. I did not authorize any inquires in - and i only authorized - in - of Last Year. I would like these inquires removed. I have disputed these over and over.. i am getting no where.
