I 've tried numerous times to sell my house via a short-sale and the bank has n't responded. Next, the mortgage company that handled my mortgage was bought out by Seneca Mortgage Company. While working with a HUD Housing Agency, Seneca Mortgage Company was giving the HUD Housing Agency the run around. I believe my house has went into foreclosure. What are my options?
